She maintains that continually refuse her the position as Instructor of Legal Writing, despite her extensive experience writing, teaching, and practicing, because of her conservative political views. Defendants maintain that Teresa Wagner wasn't hired because she stated that she didn't believe teaching legal analysis was part of the job.
