In this Commercial litigation motion hearing, plaintiff Lawrence Zucker and other plaintiff shareholders alleged Hewlett-Packard Company directors were seeking information related to the departure of former HP CEO Mark Hurd and the severance package of $40 million which was paid to him when he quit after allegations of sexual harassment against him.
