Summary

In this medical malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Elizabeth Withers-Ward alleged Dr. David Fish and his employer UCLA Medical Center of medical negligence, in not looking after her when the plaintiff was shifted to the outpatient ward after a surgery.
