Summary

In this construction negligence litigation proceedings, plaintiff Joseph White alleged that negligent construction of an air cleaning system by Toll Brothers and B&L Air Conditioning, including the failure to properly install filters on the intake ducts, caused particulate accumulation inside the system that aggravated Mr. White's preexisting lung disease, and not only led to his requiring a lung transplant earlier than might otherwise have been expected but also shortened his life.

The Plaintiff was represented by attorneys Tim Wright and William Ponsoldt. The defendant in this case, B&L Air Conditioning and Refrigeration was represented by attorney Mark Hruska and Lyman Reynolds.
