Reynolds Tobacco co of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes manufactured by the company which led her husband Irwin Weinstein to get addicted to smoking since he was 12 and of being liable of manufacturing defective cigarettes which caused Mr. Weinstein COPD and/or Stroke which later resulted in his death due to the disease(s).
The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Crane Johnstone and Gary Paige. The defendant in this case, R.J. Reynolds was represented by attorneys W. Ray Persons, Frank Bayuk and Jason Keehfus.
