In this Engle progeny tobacco Litigation proceeding, plaintiff Shelia Weinstein (personal representative of the estate of Irwin Weinstein) alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco co of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes manufactured by the company which led her husband Irwin Weinstein to get addicted to smoking since he was 12 and of being liable of manufacturing defective cigarettes which caused Mr. Weinstein COPD and/or Stroke which later resulted in his death due to the disease(s).
