In this Medical Malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Michael Washington alleged Teva Pharmaceuticals and Baxter Pharmaceuticals for manufacturing and distributing reusable ‘Jumbo’ Vials of the generic anesthetic Profol, which caused the plaintiff to get infected by Hepatitis C at an Endoscopy clinic ran by Dr. Dipak Desai in Nevada.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Richard Friedman, Lincoln Sieler and Patti Wise. The defense in this case comprised of Teva Pharmaceutical and Baxter Pharmaceutical. Teva Pharmaceutical was represented by attorney Klen Gerner. Baxter Pharmaceutical was represented by attorneys Jennifer Levy and Michael Stoberski.
