In this real estate litigation proceeding, plaintiff Vista Golf LLC alleged Vista Royale Property Owners Association of not permitting Vista Golf LLC, which is the owner of the defunct 116 golf course to use the golf course for other purposes, such as selling off for condominium development. Defendant’s counsels claimed that the Vista Royale condominium residents were promised before buying property in the condominium that the 27-hole golf course will always remains as a golf course.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Louis “Buck” Vocelle. The defendant in this case, Vista Royale Property Owners Association and other defendants were represented by attorneys David Earle, Jason Trauth, Frederick Kretschmer and Patrick Gonyea.
