Trinity Seiber, et al. v. ProAssurance Wisconsin Insurance Company, et al.

In this medical malpractice proceeding, plaintiff Trinity Seiber alleged that the injuries she suffered on her arm and shoulder while being delivered through vaginal birth was a result of the attending physician improperly pulling her out on the head after she became lodged against the pubic bone. The medical malpractice suit in this case was originally filed in 2011.
The plaintiff was represented by attorney Jerome Hierseman. The defendant in this case, ProAssurance Wisconsin Insurance Co. and other defendants were represented by attorney Samuel Leib.

The jury found in favor of the defendants and awarded no damages.
