Summary

In this construction negligence litigation proceeding, plaintiff Treo Maintenance Association alleged Brookfield Woodbury LLC of being negligent in construction of the development ‘TREO’, due to which it suffers from variety of construction defects in the common areas including concrete walks, stucco patio walls, and front entrances.
