Tozier v. City of Temple Terrace

Bench trial in zoning development plan dispute.

Plaintiff Ken Tozier ran for Mayor in 2004 opposing a Temple Terrace redevelopment project. This trial began on October 19, 2009, but went into extended recess on October 23, when it became clear that the trial could not be completed in the time that had been scheduled.

The trial is expected to resume in March, 2010.
