In this Automotive and Construction Negligence proceeding, Plaintiff Timothy Young (Personal representative of the estate of Allen Young) claimed L.E. Myers negligently failed to shut down the lane closest to the off-road work area of the two-lane East 15th street in Manatee county, as required by a construction permit. Plaintiff claimed a vehicular collision forced his decedent's car off the road, and into the construction area, where it struck a pole that ultimately killed the decedent.
