Summary

In this oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court, the issue on appeal was whether the lower court's denial of defendant William Sells' motion for severance an abuse of discretion. On September 6, 2011, Mr. Sells was arrested and charged with offenses related to an alleged bank robbery at the First National Bank of Wyoming on August 26, 2011.
