In this Entertainment industry employment litigation proceeding, plaintiff Donald Rosenberg, a classical music critic alleged that the orchestra officials at The Musical Arts Association in Cleveland had waged a campaign of vilification” against him and that his bosses at The Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper had wrongfully terminated him by caving in to demands from the Orchestra officials, that he be ousted.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Steven Sindell. The defendant in this case, The Musical Arts Association was represented by attorney Suellen Oswald and David Posner.
