In this wrongful death litigation proceeding, plaintiff Janet Rogers (personal representative of the estate of Robert Rogers) alleged Louis Dreyfus Citrus of negligence, when her husband Robert Rogers died of Steam burns, when a pipe ruptured while he was performing maintenance work underneath a large vat of 200 degree water at a plant operated by the defendant.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Wallace McCall and Theodore Leopold. The defendant in this case, Louis Dreyfus Citrus was represented by attorneys Peter Spillis and Houston Park.
