In this real estate litigation proceeding, plaintiff Pilot Point Owners Association alleged Hary Bonk of wrongfully replacing wooden walkway that led to their condominium with a stone walkway and sought at the defendant’s expense removal of the stone walkway and a return to the wooden walkway.

The plaintiff Pilot Point Owners Association was represented by attorney Eric Howard.


Court found favor in Pilot Point and directed counsel to submit an order requiring defendant to replace the stone walkway with a wooden walkway in accordance with the Pilot Point Regulations.
