In this automotive product liability wrongful death proceeding, plaintiff Daniel Perez claimed Yamaha Motor Corporation defectively designed its WaveRunner watercraft, causing plaintiffs 14-year-old daughter Jaysell Perez to die and seriously injuring her friend Samantha Archer in a collision with another watercraft.
