Two businessmen, Plaintiffs Peretz and Gabbay, invested $1.5 million in a Costa Rican real estate venture in 2008 on the advice of their attorney, Defendant Cohn, who also drafted a guarantee to protect their interests.The venture failed, the guarantee did not protect plaintiffs, and they lost their full investment.


Verdict for Plaintifs on legal malpractice and breach of ficuciary duties counts.

Gabbay: $500,000
