This product liability and negligence case arises from the December 4, 2007 crash of a Beech Duke Aircraft, which killed the husband of plaintiff Lisabeth Moore, and father, pilot Daniel Hart. In this oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court, the plaintiff's counsel challenged the decision of the lower court to grant Hawker Beachcraft Corporation's motion for summary judgment under a conditional 18 year aviation statute of repose, The General Aviation Revitalization Act.
The judgment of the Superior Court was affirmed.
