Summary

In this Civil Rights and Criminal Law litigation proceeding, plaintiff Mark Johnson alleged U.S. Security Associates of falsely putting him under imprisonment maliciously prosecuting him after the plaintiff was accused of shoplifting by a staff of the defendant in a Publix supermarket, the plaintiff was subsequently acquitted in the ensuing criminal trial.
