In 2001, Margaret Jones provided consulting services in the preparation of a proposal for revitalizing the Perry Homes public housing facility managed by the Atlanta Housing Authority. She was never paid and sued for the consulting fees.


Verdict for Plaintiff:

1) Entitled to funds interpled into court: $182,274.36
2) Against Richard White and Alesias Holding Company: $310,000, plus $262,000 atty fees
3) Against Columbia Residential: $1,000 plus $88,000 atty fees
4) Against Brock Built: $65,000, plus $88,000 atty fees
