CONCLUDED

Oral Argument
06/04/14 – 06/04/14

The lower court also denied Mr. Luttrell's motion for a new trial. Mr. Luttrell, who was convicted of attempted rape, unlawful sexual contact, indecent exposure among other charges, was sentenced to 26 years in prison followed by probation.
