Summary

In this Retail negligence litigation proceeding, plaintiff Armida A. Lopez alleged Rite Aid Headquarters Corp. of negligence in maintaining a Los Angeles Rite Aid store, due to which the plaintiff who was congenitally disabled and was seated in her electric wheel chair while shopping at the store suffered head injury when she was struck on the head by a box that apparently fell from a shelf above.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Ronald Gomez. The defendant in this case, Rite Aid Headquarters Corp. and other defendants were represented by attorney Kevin Dunbar.

The jury found that Rite Aid was not negligent.
