Summary

In this automotive products liability proceeding, Plaintiff Linda Hatfield and Steven Hatfield alleged Ford Motor Company of not ensuring the safety standards of the vehicles manufactured by the company. The counsels of the plaintiff Linda Hatfield claimed that she suffered catastrophic injuries while the Ford vehicle in which she was travelling with 2 other people met with an accident and the roof of the car collapsed on her head.
