Summary

In this class action Agriculture litigation proceeding, plaintiffs alleged Florida Department of Agriculture was liable for removing citrus trees from his home (private property) to eradicate a citrus canker infestation. This class action suit has been brought by over 20,000 homeowners for removing a combined of over 60,000 citrus trees from their property.
