Summary

In this pharmaceutical product liability proceeding, plaintiff Stacy Hutchiston alleged Baxter Pharmaceuticals and Teva Pharmaceuticals of being liable for manufacturing and selling anesthetic Propofol in large vials which can be reused by doctors due to which the plaintiff got infected with Hepatitis C during her colonoscopy.
