Summary

In this Energy Commercial litigation hearing, Plaintiff GRT Inc. alleged Marathon GTF Technology of breaching two contracts, a Cooperative Development Agreement (CDA) and a Securities Purchase Agreement (SPA) of a joint commercial relationship between the two companies in the area of converting methane gas to liquid fuel.
