In this medical malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Harlan Ginsberg alleged Medical Centre Northwest Inc. and its employee Dr. Jason Perelman of medical negligence in the kidney stone surgery, which was performed on the plaintiff for removal of kidney stone. The plaintiff claimed that Dr. Jason Perlman mistakenly cut a tube that delivered urine to his bladder and removed a kidney that another doctor testified was healthy.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Andrew Winston, Benjamin Murphy and John Lawlor. The defense in this case comprised of Jason Perelman and Medical Centre Northwest Inc. Jason Perelman was represented by attorneys Jerome Silverberg and Kevin Vannatta. Medical Centre Northwest Inc. was represented by attorney James Haliczer.
