In this Insurance complex business litigation proceedings, plaintiff Falcontrust Group, Inc. alleged Zurich U.S. and other defendants of not paying the commissions due to the plaintiff. The plaintiff claimed that a now-deceased employee of the defendant made an oral contingency commission agreement with the plaintiff.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Thomas Bolf. The defendant in this case, Zurich U.S. and other defendants were represented by attorney Michael Chavies.
