In this oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court, Defendants counsels argued against the Court of Chancerys determination that portions of a letter relating to Jodie Fishers allegations that former Hewlett-Packard CEO Mark V. Hurd sexually harassed her should not remain sealed, pursuant to Court of Chancery Rule 5(g).
