In this Engle progeny tobacco proceeding, Plaintiff Elba Blasco alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and other defendants of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes, manufactured by the company, which led her husband Eduardo Brasco to get addicted to smoking and resulted in his death from lung cancer.
The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Alex Alvarez, Philip Holden, Randy Rosenblum and Todd McPharlin. The defendant, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and other defendants were represented by attorneys Hassia Diolombi and Kenneth Reilly.
