Summary

Reynolds Tobacco co of fraudulent concealment and manufacturing cigarettes that led her mother Georgia Cheeley to get addicted to cigarettes which resulted in her death from Lung Cancer at the age of 57 in January 1997. The original suit by the Cheeley family, which was filed in 2008, comprised of 3 other Tobacco companies but they were later dropped from the lawsuit because Georgia Cheeley had mostly smoked cigarettes manufactured by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco co.
