Plaintiff is a law firm that specializes in commercial law. They represented defendants, who were the owners of a men's clothing store whose business suffered when it was forced to relocate across the street when the Department of Transportation widened the road and demolished their former strip mall location. Chamberlain Hrdlicka obtained a multimillion dollar settlement from the DOT, but the defendants are disputing the amount of attorney's fees owed.
