In this construction insurance coverage proceeding, Plaintiff CBC Framing Inc alleged Union Fire Insurane Exhange, a unit of AIG of breach of contract and breaking the covenant of good faith and fair dealing by committing fraud and compelling the plaintiff to renew the insurance policy with the company. The plantiffÂ’s counsels claimed that the defendant company tried to arm-twist the plaintiff through different means in order to get the insurance policy renewed.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Mark Palin and Jon Mower. The defendant in this case, National Union Fire Insurance Exchange Co was represented by attorneys Edward Oster and Gail Cohen.
