Banks v. State

Oral Argument
05/14/14 – 05/14/14

In this oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court, the attorney representing defendant Nathaniel Banks contended that the lower court abused its discretion by restricting Mr. Banks' constitutional right to present favorable evidence. Mr. Banks was arrested in September 2012 and later indicted for the offenses of aggravated menacing, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, carrying a concealed deadly weapon,
assault third degree, endangering the welfare of a child (2 counts), and offensive touching.

The judgment of the Superior Court was affirmed.
