In this oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court, the attorney representing defendant Nathaniel Banks contended that the lower court abused its discretion by restricting Mr. Banks' constitutional right to present favorable evidence. assault third degree, endangering the welfare of a child (2 counts), and offensive touching.

Outcome

The judgment of the Superior Court was affirmed.
