Summary
Plaintiff Ron Aiken underwent gall bladder surgery performed by Dr. Steven Whitworth. Apparently the gall bladder was nicked during surgery and blood accumulated in the plaintiff's abdomen. Plaintiff alleges Dr. Whitworth did not notice this fluid which was revealed in a CAT scan and didn't take action quickly enough. Eventually, plaintiff had to have a colon ileostomy.
