Andrea Robinson, representing Robert Beber, tells jurors how concierge medical group MDVIP’s affiliation with Dr. Charles Metzger rendered the group responsible for Metzger’s failure to diagnose Joan Beber’s vascular disease in time to save her leg. Robert Beber is suing MDVIP and Metzger, claiming their negligence led to the amputation of his wife’s leg.
