Karen Terry walks jurors through evidence she says shows Dr. Frederick Muhletaler was responsible for the rectal tear and subsequent complications Steven Rosenberg suffered during a 2018 robot-assisted prostate surgery. Terry claims Muhletaler rushed through the procedure, causing the tear, then failed to call an expert with the experience to repair the tear. The jury's $2.44 million verdict was slightly more than the $2.4 million Terry suggested during closings.
