Susan Seigle Tells Jurors Car Crash Did Not Cause Seizures in Florida Woman

Susan Seigle tells jurors a rear-end collision in which Constance Griffis was involved could not have led to the traumatic brain injury and seziures she says she has suffered.

Seigle noted Griffis’s first seizure came two years after the crash. “Seizure disorders resulting from trauma don’t develop two years after the fact,” Seigle said. “They’re there right away.”
