Richard Womble tells jurors Domino's Pizza does not have a right of control over a central Florida franchise that would render it liable for one of the franchise's delivery drivers. Womble represented the company at trial over a crash that paralyzed and ultimately killed Richard Wiederhold, a retired fire chief.
