During openings in a product liability trial over a cellulite-treating laser system, Caleb Mason argues a sales representative for the system's manufacturer, Cynosure, falsely claimed the laser was FDA-approved.
Mason represents Dr. Stuart Linder and Adriana Diaz, the doctor and physician who used the device during a procedure that Diaz claims has left her with chronic pain and skin deformations.
