In $40M Rollover Trial, Chelsea Trotter Argues Long Beach Not to Blame

Chelsea Trotter argues a study conducted by the City of Long Beach, California revealed no wrecks similar to the one that Fermin Villa says left him with brain and spinal cord damage.

Villa blamed the wreck on unsafe road conditions, while the city, represented by Trotter contended the driver of the vehicle, in which Villa was a passenger, caused the wreck. 

Jurors ultimately found in favor of the city.
