During closings of trial against Johnson & Johnson, Joseph Satterley argues the company intentionally misrepresented the safety of its talc-based Baby Powder. Satterley represents Terry Leavitt, who contends she developed mesothelioma because of asbestos in the consumer giant's talcum powder-based product.
