Joseph Satterley outlines evidence he says proves Terry Leavitt developed mesothelioma from asbestos in Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder. Leavitt is suing the consumer products giant, along with its talc supplier, Imerys Talc America, in the first lawsuit involving J&J's cosmetic talc products to go to trial in the asbestos litigation hub of Alameda County, California.
