Steve Vartazarian tells jurors trucker Jorge Garcia caused a deadly freeway crash by improperly parking his big rig on the side of a busy freeway in order to urinate. Vartazarian represents the widow of a driver killed in a collision with the semi-truck, who is suing Tri-Modal Distribution Services Inc. over the 2013 accident.
