Defense attorney Todd Miller tells jurors in closing statements that his client, Dr. Snehal Parikh, acted appropriately in treating 15-year-old Hailey Chapman and that her death was caused by her “medically complex” condition rather than negligence. Chapman’s mother, Virginia, sued Parikh for the child’s death.
