Randy Edwards says Suzuki’s decision not to issue a timely immediate notice and recall of its Suzuki GSX R-1000 motorcycles led to the crash that shattered Adrian Johns’ back. Johns sued Suzuki, claiming a defect in the 2006 motorcycle’s brake design caused his wreck.
