Michael Terry Contends in Closings That Cyclist, Not Bus Defect, Caused Fatal Crash

Michael Terry contends Dr. Kayvan Khiabani collided with a Motor Coach Industries bus because he turned in front of it as it was traveling, and not because of a defect with the bus. Terry represents MCI, which is being sued for Khiabani’s death in the collision.
