William Kemp tells jurors accident witnesses and photographic evidence prove Dr. Kayvan Khiabani did not turn his bicycle in front of the bus that struck him. Plaintiffs, relatives of Khiabani, a Las Vegas surgeon who died in the collision, are suing Motor Coach Industries Inc. for Khiabani’s death.
